Booking and stay policy.

The rooms will be available to guests from 12.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure.

Guarantee your reservation with a deposit as confirmation.

- The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 7 days of our confirmation.
- If payment is not made on time, the reservation is to be understood as void.
- The reservation becomes binding only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the deposit or of the credit card details on which to make the authorized withdrawal. Send a copy of the payment via e-mail ([email protected]) or via Whatsapp to +39 333 6529909

For cancellations over 15 days from the expected date of arrival, we will refund the deposit. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 15 days from the date of arrival, your deposit can be replaced with a voucher that can be used until the end of the summer season 2022.

In case of early departure, an amount equal to 3 days of overnight stay will be required.

Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the final bill, a packed lunch will be prepared on request.

Municipal tourist tax

Municipal tourist tax € 1.00 per day, per person from 13 years of age for the first 7 days.
